Social Media Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

 

Project Oversight:

  • Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative and technical) to align strategies with client goals.

 

Video and Photography:

  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, including short-form video content for social media.
  • Proficiently use tools like CapCut for video editing and storytelling, as well as operate a camera and drone for creative content production.

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop account strategies that align with client objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling services.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall brand strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

 

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing services and maximizing ROI.

 

Problem Solving:

  • Proactively address any challenges or concerns raised by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Escalate issues to relevant internal teams when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.

 

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Share insights and best practices with clients to enhance their overall experience and results.

 

Professional Development:

  • Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance skills and stay current in content marketing, web development, and design.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
