SEO & Paid Ads Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence through effective SEO strategies and managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for driving traffic and conversions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing insights for continuous improvement.

 

Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with content creators and existing SEO to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand voice and targets audience needs.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform content and SEO strategies.

 

Paid Advertising Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids and targeting to maximize ROI and conversions.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular performance reports for SEO and paid ads, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall brand strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

 

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing services and maximizing ROI.

 

Stay Updated:

  • Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and paid advertising.
  • Share insights with the team to improve overall marketing strategies.

 

Problem Solving:

  • Proactively address any challenges or concerns raised by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Escalate issues to relevant internal teams when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.

 

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Share insights and best practices with clients to enhance their overall experience and results.

 

SEO Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.

 

Paid Ads Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize ad performance for maximum effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in SEO and paid advertising, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Experience with TikTok and Tokopedia, as well as other marketplace advertising platforms, is a valuable asset for this position.
