Digital ADS Executive

About the Role

Sugar Rush is looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. If you have a strong background in paid media strategies, campaign management, and data-driven marketing, this role is for you. Starting as a part-time position, there is potential for full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and ad placements for efficiency
  • Stay updated on advertising trends and platform algorithm changes

Requirements

  • One or more years of experience managing digital ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of PPC, social media advertising, and conversion tracking
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus
